Mediation Fees:

Half Day:	Flat fee of $595.00 per party.


Full day:	Flat fee of $1,300.00 per party.

Arbitration Fees:

Half day:	Flat fee of $550.00 per party.
Full day:	Flat fee of $1,200.00 per party

All fees are negotiable depending upon the ability of the parties to pay and and the complexity of the case. Hourly fees are available upon request.
